B2S Labs to attend AAPS conference

B2S Labs officials will be in California next week for the upcoming American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists conference.

Ronald BowsherChief Scientific Officer Ronald Bowsher, Ph.D., and colleagues will attend on behalf of B2S Labs, the laboratory division of B2S Life Sciences.

Bowsher is also president of B2S Consulting, the pharmaceutical consulting division of B2S Life Sciences, as well as a past president of AAPS.

The 2015 AAPS National Biotechnology Conference is set for June 8 through June 10 in San Francisco. The association estimates that the event attracts 1,300 scientists from industry, academia, and government.

AAPS members primarily work in the pharmaceutics, biopharmaceutics, or pharmacy fields.

Bowsher, who previously worked at Eli Lilly and Company’s Lilly Research Laboratories for more than 30 years, received the AAPS’ Distinguished Service Award last year (pictured). He has also received a Presidential Citation (2008) and BIOTEC Distinguished Service Award (2011) from the AAPS.
